"Here you are," said Mez as she turned around to see Edward and me walk in.
"Yes, there she is. The woman who disappeared for a month after a few days of training," said Gerold. "How long do you plan on disappearing this time?"
"There you go again." Mez hit him on the elbow. "I told you not to bully my student. Besides, whose fault was it that made that happen?" She glared at Gerold.
Gerold blinked as he looked at his girlfriend. "Hey, it isn't my fault." He raised his hands in denial.
"Did I say it was yours?"
"Then why are you looking at me that way?" He asked, looking confused.
"Lae was injured because of those three evil girls. And who are they? They're werewolves, just like us. They're our race. Shouldn't you be ashamed of that? How dare you bring it up again with that tone?
