Lexi’s POV
“Rise and shine, my lady!” I heard his voice early in the morning.
I was lying on my back and only my neck could turn to see his mesmerizing blue eyes. In the beginning, it was weird to sleep on the same bed with him, but I slowly got used to it. It was very difficult for me to sleep with my injured leg since I couldn’t turn to my sides. My favorite position to sleep was to lie down on my right side while hugging a pillow.
“Good morning, angel!” Chris caressed my cheek and I smiled. He didn’t open the curtains on the window to allow the sun rays to fall into the bedroom and he usually did that when I wanted to sleep some more.
I returned a beautiful smile and flattered him, “Good morning, my handsome!”
