THOUGH I was hesitant to come with Remus. Being alone in an unfamiliar place with no one to go to left me with no choice but to trust him. We had already been to the police station and they got his information, so they would know who to find just in case something happened to me.
We were in Remus' car going to the place that I was looking for. I also sent his picture to my friend for additional security. But from the moment I sent him his picture, Annabeth started calling me. I tried to ignore her calls, but she's very persistent. She was calling me frantically.
I took a glance at Remus. When I saw him busy looking at the road, I decided to take Annabeth's call. I slightly move my body to the side, trying to make as little sound as possible.
