I washed my hands and the days grime away with it before I hopped on to one of the bar stools across from her . She had already emptied an entire bag which consisted of springrolls , dumplings , and the dipping sauces whilst I reached to take out the food from the second bag .
" This is a lot of food for two people . " I pointed out and Gabby shrugged .
" Possibly but who cares . I don' t know about you but I am a fan of left overs . Makes for easy picking the next day . " She said just as she picked up a golden fried spring roll and dunked it in to the sauce .
She took a bite of it and the sound of the most satisfying crunch came from the thin layers of pastry shattering .
