The drive from Ryder' s place to my mother 's had been roughly over ten minutes . I had taken that time to slow down a little bit and enjoy the scenery in hopes that it would allow my brain to destress even a little bit . The weather was available breath taking today with the sky being the lightest and ariest shades of blue and white clear clouds moving about the sky . The air had not been too humid and a pleasant coolness could be felt in the air with an occasional breeze .
Being a Saturday , however , meant that the roads were pretty busy with every one embracing the weekend . Nevermind , the ride to my parents house had been a nice little time out where I was neither in my own home to reminisce over things better left forgotten , nor was I at Ryder' s place losing my temper .
