The next morning we were up early, packing our things so we could be on our way to Mt. Parnassus for a few days. I wasn’t sure what we would find up there or how long we would be gone. We just needed to be prepared and I felt like it would be a little while before we came back.
I loaded our vehicle with my bag and food supplies for the trip. Walking down the stairs to the vehicle, I noticed a vehicle parked behind ours that had camping supplies in it also. James walked up behind me and put his bag in the back of the vehicle.
“Whose vehicle is that?” I asked James.
“Alpha Alexis. He’s going with us and taking two more warriors,” he said.
