Edwin glanced at her, his eyes carrying a silent cue.
Vanya quickly corrected herself, "So, you're offering me an artist contract?"
"Precisely what the contract states," Edwin replied, his voice flat and emotionless.
"Mr. Hammond, I have considered making my debut, but I……" Vanya began.
"But you intend to debut under the M Group's banner, without joining Hammond Pictures," Edwin interrupted, stating her unspoken thoughts.
"Uh… Yeah, that's pretty much it," Vanya admitted, struggling to articulate her thoughts.
Edwin explained, "Don't forget our prior cooperation agreement—your Dalton's bankruptcy impacts mine. Signing you now is simply fulfilling your obligations."
Vanya felt she was being seriously taken advantage of.
