It was two long hours before the sounds from Captain Christopher’s office quieted. People outside the room were astounded; they couldn't believe that the two could keep up for so long.
Inside the office, Kevin was sweating profusely. Sophie's injury was a bit more serious than he thought; it took much of his strength to cure it.
