Bonnie’s mouth fell open as she tried to process what had just happened. Her hand flew up to touch her cheek. “You… you slapped me!” she gasped, her eyes wide with shock.

Georgia watched with wide eyes, not sure whether to laugh or to pull May back. “May… you don’t have to...” She started, calmly.
