Maddox's POV
I walk to the room that we sealed just to make sure Ophelia wouldn't get out, and I see her staring into nothing. I don't know if it's Ophelia we are seeing or someone else.
"Do you need food?" I ask her and she shifts her gaze from the plain wall and towards me. And she shakes her head.
I stand there and wait for her to say something but she doesn't. She is just staring into nothing. I don't even know if we ended this issue altogether or if there is still some left.
I turn around to leave but I stop when I hear Ophelia stand up.
"Maddox?" She calls me, making me turn around again and face her.
I don't say anything but watch her walk towards me. She looks like she doesn't even have enough energy to walk in a straight line. But I don't want to be fooled by this. Eve
