Maddox's POV
I walk to the window which is very different from the Silver Dawn pack house. But the sky is still the same. Waiting patiently for the sun to rise and splash colors on it in the process.
It didn't take that long for the sun to fulfill the wish of the skies. Streaks of pink and purple, followed by Orange and pale blue. Like I said, watching this is so soothing to me for some strange reason.
There were days I used to stay awake all night, just working and watching the sun rise as I drank coffee. But here there is no Chloe to walk in and hand me my first cup of coffee to start my day.
Zelda and I had lots and lots of s*x all night. And I slept for a couple of hours but I couldn't sleep more. I don't know if it's just me or a few more people too.. but it takes me lots of t
