We had another meeting where we discussed Kimberly’s going back to the academy. I remember she had mentioned to us she needed to go back, but I thought it would only be for a visit.
In the meeting were Dad and Mom, Uncle Billy and Sam–whom we had waited for to come back from driving Suzette to another pack, Sean–Dad’s Gamma, Blaise and Sarah, Me and River, and of course, our mate, Kimberly.
“I have to go back for training. Ms. Blaire wouldn’t be able to come out here, as she has a school to look after. I will come back to visit as soon as possible.” She looked at us with concern in her eyes. “Magic is complex. I can’t say when I would finish training. I’m so sorry I’m making this hard for all of you.”
