“Chris… where is that diary Bri gave me?”, Tom asked Chris and he stunned. I was too stunned to answer immediately.
He was looking at us questioningly.
I quickly thought of an escape from this situation. We couldn’t give him let him know about his father's death through the diary right now. First of all, we had to make him understand all the things. Kyle, who was looking at us in confusion, somehow sensed something off.
