Mads and I were in my office getting some pack work done when I got a mind-link from the front gates of the territory.
“Sir, your brother has arrived and we have sent him through to the packhouse.”
“Thank you,” I told them.
“You’re welcome, sir.”
I dropped the mind-link and told Mads, “Jaxson’s here. Let’s go meet him on the porch.”
“Ok,” she said as she stretched.
We got up from our chairs and walked out to the front porch. We stood there against the pillars while waiting for Jaxson to pull up. Soon we saw a black SUV coming up the driveway. Jaxson parked and he got out with his Beta, Brazen, who he picked up at Midnight Forest while he spent two weeks with uncle Sean and aunt Paris. Clearly, I knew who his favorite aunt and uncle were.
