"This is mind boggling, seriously!" "There's a lot more even worse to tell you, place your palm on that screen". He ordered. "So what now Alexander?" Perseus asked as he gulped. "We go back into time, I will lecture you once we get there lest you have reasons to change your mind." "Alright, as good as it sounds and as much as I believe you now, I definitely will appreciate if I know where you are taking me". He nagged "We are about to transcend into time, at the exact spot you where when your best friend betrayed you". "Wait, what best friend? I have no best friend, I hate having one" Perseus said. "That's because your past life made you change inwardly before now. Once we get there, ask of Alexander the white: he is your only chance of getting out when you have finished your course." "What the hell, Alexander!" He screamed as his entire body began to disintegrate and vibrate at high speed, influenced by the timeline X-54 transition machine which resembled an invisible light wall software display system encompassing them round about. "Breathe Perseus, breathe!" "I am going to blow away into thin air Alexander!" He howled. "Am also feeling same way, trying not to think..." And that happens to be the last thing Perseus heard from Alexander before he vanished into space and it never felt to him like he had a body anymore, for his soul was moving at high speed of light into colorful bands of galactic space. His mind traveled through space and time feeling like something that is everywhere and knows everything but couldn't do anything of itself until it felt something pull it down from it's altitude far above the space beyond the bounds of visible light. Sparta May 13, AD 1660 It felt strange to be in a body again without having to be born. Perseus found himself lying on a field with his head looking directly upwards at the beautiful setting sun which made him forget he was screaming some minutes ago. His mind was still and at rest till someone called him from afar. "Perseus!" the voice of a lady resounded in his ears twice which was driven by the wind. At first, he could only imagine himself asking questions that had to do with creation and existence of things. He raised himself above the ground and gradually stood up on his feet as he watched a little girl running towards him dressed in a very large brown gown of which she held up with both hands to enable her run. He obviously had no time to think anymore or to figure out how he got there, so he literally forgot there was anything like another future world where he came from. He walked towards the little girl to prevent her from stressing her tiny legs and when she got to him, she embraced him to his waist region because she was small. Perseus was a little surprised at the manner with which she embraced him, though he had no time to ponder over it because the little girl seems to be subbing uncontrollably. He wrapped his arms around her instead and asked. "What's the matter with you Frida?" He asked confidently and with no uncertainty that her name was Frida "They took her Perseus, they took Maria!" She howled "Who did and when?" He ranted. At this moment, Perseus was already confined to and have acquainted himself with the present realities so that everything appeared to be so real to him. In his minds eye, this is his life and this was his age of existence. "Hectus and his armies, half and hour ago and riding to Pirgos." She sniffled. "Hey, don't cry, wipe those tears off" he said. As he bent down to console her. "Go after them, please I beg you!" She subbed. "Can I ask what year this is and where is this place?" He asked out of the abundance of his subconscious mind. "It's AD 1660 and you are standing in the fields of Greece, Sparta. Why do you ask master Perseus?" "Never mind, that question just came up, don't let it bother you". "No one is willing to go after them, please help us. They setted two homes on fire" The sound of setting a building on fire almost drove him mad, "Come on, we must go after them as quickly as possible." He instructed. And when he could no longer bear with the pace with which she followed behind him, he lifted Frida above the ground and carried her on his shoulders as he ran towards the city about a mile away. "Gilbert get me a silver vest, to ride till dawn, we must." He raved, dropping Frida on the ground as he entered the city walls. He hurriedly grabbed his sword which was hung on the wall amidst the weaponry, and ran out again ordering Frida to get shelter and wait for his return. He whistled as it were a tradition and a sign to beckon on a horse, and immediately, a brown horse ran out of it's stable and came and stood right in front of him while he putted the sword in his sheath. "Stay indoors, wait for my signal Frida, you can tell when it's me right?" "Right" She replied confidently Some part of the city building smoked a few blocks away and it happened to be the result of Hectus attack while Perseus was out in the fields. As he mounted on his horse, Gilbert came forward with a league of six swordsmen, himself making them seven; and handed over a spear to Perseus who took hold of it on his right hand like a scepter held vertically upwards by any king. He turned his horse to face all seven soldiers on horses, charging them saying, "Brothers, today we ride for our very own as they would do also if we happen to be in their stead. They have no right over you and definitely no power. Authority is ours to command and not of the Pirgosians, I say we take it back, overrun them no matter how far they've gone and defeat them despite how few we may be. This is Sparta and we are the might of it. Ride with me!" He roared stretching his arm and pointing North-western region of the city that leads to the gate.
