They continued riding to the entering in to Pátrai a small City that leads to the waters of the Ionian sea that separated between it and Mesolóngíon. The city was an open one and looks like the home of Marchants from all around the cities of Greece and barely had the time to interrogate visitors or travellers by it. They rode through it peacefully except for the fact that Gilbert who is an extrovert by nature engaged in an argument between him and one salesman who refused to give him two fishes for the price of one scent. They journeyed through at ease by a bridge situated along the borders of Pátrai to the going into Mesolóngíon. When they entered Mesolóngíon, they were looking like fugitives to the people so that the people never regarded them as important people worth deserving hospital
