Ivan finally returned home exhausted, with a heavy heart, after handing over his duties temporarily. Romero was his knight in shining armor. He had been avoiding, afraid that he might have to act nicer to Emma because of Mia. He wanted to run to Mia's arms and tell her everything he had discovered in the last couple of days. But Emma was still recovering, and there was no solid evidence to prove her involvement in anything. Everything was coincidental and their hunch till now.
Zenia could discover nothing more, even after trying to find out from the other staff of the palace. Victor still could not find any clue about Dimitri, Dean, or Tristan. And he could uncover nothing about Oliver, except all nice things which were too good to be true in these times.
