"Where is Tristan, Emma?" Ivan blurted out.
I felt stupefied. How can Ivan be so irrational and ask something like that now? Emma was finally speaking and reacting to something. She was smiling after a long time. So why bring something that will make her feel sad? The doctor has asked us to keep a happy environment around her to help her recover from the trauma faster. And Ivan couldn't wait even ten minutes before mentioning Emma's missing mate?
