It had been a while since we mandated it for all the wolves to train. After what happened to the Barbaras, a lot of unwilling wolves came out to the grounds with a newfound enthusiasm. But there was still some resistance from the wolves, who had lived an idle life for too long.
We even selected a few promising ones and upgraded them to be spies. When we were facing opponents from a secret union of the disbanded werewolf pack and the hunters, it was one of the precautions. The majority of wolves had stayed separated for far too long, completely unaware of the perks that human cities offered. So, putting this plan into action was more painful than I had believed it to be initially.
