I knew the consequences of using so much magic; I knew the possibility before we came here. I didn’t know I would be using it to rip apart the Realm to get to Pip and Cerys, but I would do it a thousand times to make sure they were safe. If I hadn’t gotten to them, Voldigoad would have kept them and my mate too.
The others didn’t fully grasp what I did. Voldigoad projected an image of the place he was keeping the girls; it wasn’t actually a window to them. I used an impossible amount of magic to punch through that image and reach them. I ripped a hole right through space so they could be saved.
