CHAPTER TWENTY “A-another one,” I slurred as I burped, barely trying to motion at Darius.   “Don’t dare give her another one Darius,” Trent warned, speaking for the first time since I began gulping down the first drink. I was definitely drunk and my brain was super buzzed, yet all I could think of was Danny and all his secrets.   “I just don’t understand why Danny always made me feel so imperfect. There was nothing I did without him point out how it affected his reputation or my family’s reputation. He never failed in making me question every goddamn thing I did. Yes, my mother is dead, my father in the county governor and my brother is the student president but they have no right to make me feel less important or more imperfect.
