  Nodding, I pull his hands from my face and turn on my heels to head upstairs. I know I need to calm myself down, but it's like I'm in a weird shock or something. I wish I'd known he was coming home. I could've gotten things ready and made sure everything was perfect. Stepping into the bathroom, I bend over enough to glimpse the back of the bottom shelf of the closet. Pulling out the wicker basket we keep, I turn and set it on the sink. It's got like fifteen pill bottles stacked inside, so I open each one and dump them in the toilet.
