  "Daddy says I can help with the babies," Tasmin says as we sit on the bench out front of the school, and he swings his feet back and forth happily.   Out of all my students, he is probably my favorite. I wasn't sure what to think when I first took this job two years ago and was informed by a fellow staff member that Tasmin's father was part of a local motorcycle gang.
