After Jonah hung up the phone, he was just looking at it in disbelief, while the noises coming from the library were louder and louder. His friend was having the time of his life and he was moaning uncontrollably along with Chantal while his mate was suffering from the betrayal-pain and Jonah didn’t understand anything. He didn't understand how Iris was able to find her second chance mate while she was still mated to his Alpha. He was worried that they would lose their Luna for real and Daniel would go crazy, which would lead to their pack's decay.
What got into his friend that he was doing this again? He wanted to know.
