The next morning, Ace's apartment, When the sunlight hit Ace's face, he blinked his eyes open. Before waking up, he tossed in bed. He reached his arm for the other side of the bed for hugging Crescent like usual but it was chilly and empty. Ace realized Crescent wasn't still here. He was disappointed. He got off his bed and went to the bathroom to freshen up. After the shower, Ace dressed up for the office and walked to the dining room. He took out his phone and dialed Crescent's number while walking, but it was still switched off. "Good morning, sir," Ace was greeted by Jane, the housekeeper, as he approached the dining table. As he sat down in his chair, Ace murmured, "Morning." Jane served the food. Ace, on the other hand, was absentmindedly staring at Crescent's empty chair. H
