Finally, Ace, Landon, Crescent, and Regan dressed in their swim trunks and made their way to the beach, where there was no one. The whole beach was vacant, so they had the place reserved for themselves. Even though they have officially begun their vacation, things are anything but normal while they are together.
On the beach,
The four of them had finally arrived at the edge of the sea and were knee-deep in the lukewarm bright blue sea water when they slowed down their pace.
"The water's not bad." Regan refused to admit that the temperature was perfect, since he didn't want to show any enthusiasm for Landon.
"It's a lovely view," Crescent commented with satisfaction.
Ace was deafeningly quiet, since he wasn't very enthralled to be there.
"This is really great," Landon murmured to him
