Crescent was taken aback by the fact that Ace was standing right in front of them, but Landon didn't bother. Landon, on the other hand, had a sly grin on his face, as if he was mocking Ace. Ace, on the other hand, was clenching his fists and was fuming with anger. Landon smirked to himself, thinking he was done with fooling around for the time being, because seeing Ace's enraged expression was worth it. Landon didn't appear to be in the least bit remorseful, instead, he flashed Ace a smug grin. Landon stepped back from his former posture, whispering to Crescent, "We'll resume this later."
