“Welcome back home..” Ashton grinned at Katherine as soon as he unlocked the door to his apartment. Katherine rolled her eyes and walked past him into the living room.
“Hey, little one..” He lifted Crystal in his arm while he carried her bags in another. “Welcome..” He couldn’t wipe the smile off his face seeing his daughter at his home. Actually, he was still in shock. Until a few days ago, he wouldn’t have the slightest thought that he was a father to a four year old.
He walked behind his daughter who ran into every room to check the place. “I like your house, Ashton.” She commented jumping up and down.
“It’s our house, now.” He ruffled her hair and bent down to kiss on her cheeks. Crystal giggled as his stubble tickled at her cheeks. “It tickles..” Ashton couldn’t help but chuckle
