Third Pov
Crystal was surprised, as well as scared the moment she was about to fall on her chest because the sharp woods would definitely harm her babies and this scared her but shocking to her, a pair of warm, protective, and very familiar arms covered her entire body.
Crystal was too stunned to open her eyes as she was taking long breaths when he heard a low groan, "One day you'll surely kill me!"
Hearing the tone, Crystal opened her teary eyes with guilt floating there as she looked at Liam who was giving her a helpless look.
"Were you trying to see how much it hurts to fall on your face? I'm sure my back won't work for 2 days!" Liam said when tears started rolling down through Crystal's eyes as she whispered, "I'm sorry."
