Third Pov
Seeing his tensed face, Crystal knew it was not any good news. She covered her top with the blanket and sat on the bed when she heard Ramos saying, "I'm coming."
Crystal instantly felt bad because he'll leave her. She was reluctant to let him go, but she knew it was his duty to guard the pack, so she just sighed and crept a small smile so that he doesn't read her face or see her disappointment.
Cutting the call, Ramos turned back, and he was greeted by the beautiful smile of Crystal. He slowly sat in front of her, with their eyes locked, before he cupped her face and kissed her forehead, widening her smile.
"I have to leave, it's an emergency. Take a good rest, I'll be back soon." Ramos said when Crystal just nodded her head before saying, "Take care of yourself and...come so
