I woke up when I heard my phone continued on ringing. I groaned in annoyance, suddenly wanted to curse who was calling me early in the morning.
Instead of declining the call, the thought it might be something important that they had to call me at this time made me decide to answer the phone call.
"Hello?"
["Sir Geoff! Finally, you answered the call. Mam Tammy would be leaving in an hour. I was...wondering if you'll come at the hospital or not,"] I heard her say.
It took me a couple of minutes before my mind processed what she was saying. I quickly get up from the bed but groaned in irritation once more and clutch my head at the sudden pang of pain.
Damn it.
