After waiting for what felt like an eternity, the officer finally got back to me. As I read the details of the plate number search, I let out a loud groan.
I was upset but at least I knew where to search. I had no idea why they took her but Ghost owed me one and wasn’t in any position to take Ava from me.
Plus, I needed to review my team because I had no idea how he got the information about Ava so fast. Someone on the inside was giving him tips and I needed to deal with the rat.
