Joshua was tired, his consciousness was in a loop. The animated figures had kept moving in linear directions, depicting various acrobatics. He would feel this heavy strain when the animated figures would suddenly move exponentially fast, and after a while, they would become extremely slow. That was the only time he found anything close to relief.
