Chapter 34 – The end of the drama
Theodora’s POV
With the metallic flavor in my mouth, I started to vomit. It’s not that I have never seen blood and tasted it. It was like a mixed feeling with the lower abdomen pain and the blood like there is a connection between it.
I turned to see that the headless body of the priest was lying on the floor in a pool of blood. The blood was oozing from his headless body which made me sick and my head started to get dizzy.
I saw Adam walking towards something other than checking on me. My eyelids were tired, but I tried my best to keep them awake.
“Am I interrupting the wedding, my mate?!” My entire body froze and a chill ran through my spine. My tired eyes widened to the maximum, and my heartbeat started rising like a horse’s.
