NICO'S POV -- I'm trying my best to hear her out, but everything coming out of her mouth is an excuse, or a plead, and I can't take her seriously. All I see is her manipulating tactics and she can tell me that she loves me a hundred time over, and over again, but it doesn't change the fact that she left. She chose that pack and to help a man who left her for dead over me and my pack. It's baffling to see her try so hard to convince me of her motives, because she looks genuine, but how do I know that she is? "Nico," she sighs, her shoulders sinking and her eyes plead with me, but I don't pity her at all. She made her bed, and now she has to lie down in it. I was trying to respect her mother since she had nothing to do with this, but the back and forth is getting annoying, and hopeless. "
