The tribesman continued to babble and gesture at me as though he was trying to tell me something of the utmost importance. Unfortunately, it all just sounded like gibberish. After several failed attempts at trying to understand him, I let out a frustrated sigh, giving up. Even if I wanted to, I did not have the time to try communicating with him any longer. When Skylar and I scouted the area to make sure it was safe, the sun had already set. Now, the pale moon was shining high above in the dark sky. It's late, and they're all still waiting for me. They must be worried to death. The corners of my lips twitched upward in a smile. Now that's a funny thought. I should be dead by now, but somehow, I've managed to make it out alive.
