"Why are you up so early?" I looked at Euphie who was clearly only half-awake. "Why don't you sleep for a little while longer?" An amused smile found its way onto my face when I saw her eyes blinking slowly, like a cat's. Her head was rocking back and forth as she fought to stay awake. How adorable. I extended an arm and motioned for her to come over. Euphie rubbed her eyes, trying to wipe the sleep away, before coming to sit by my side. Then, she put her head on my shoulder and leaned comfortably against me.
