Kylen was busy reviewing some documents on his study table when he suddenly felt a strange sensation in his body. He suddenly looked outside the window and saw the moon shining brightly— a full moon.
Kylen took a deep breath when he felt his temperature start to rise. He felt hot even when the air conditioning was on, and his body wanted to do something. Something that his mate can only fulfill.
‘Callum, what was happening?’ He asked his wolf.
‘We’re in heat.’
‘How’s that possible? We haven’t met our mate!’ Kylen argued. His breathing started to become hitched.
‘Did you forget Dawn? Though we can’t sense her as our mate, we have seen the future with her. Maybe there was something that stopped us from sensing her.’
