KYLEN AND DAWN were cuddling on the bed while talking about random things. It had been an eventful night but they both couldn’t sleep.
“The ceremony was finally over,” said Dawn as she tightened her embrace Kylen.
Kylen nods his head. “It was an eventful night for you. You were challenged before and after your ceremony. Good thing you weren’t hurt. Or else, I have killed someone on the spot.” He wrinkled his nose at that thought.
Dawn smiled. “Don’t worry too much. I can manage myself.”
“Yeah, I can see that. But I still want to protect you. I don’t want you to get hurt.” Kylen looked at Dawn affectionately.
Dawn gave Kylen a peck on his lips.
