“Everybody OUT!” I yelled as Reiner shifted and began to slowly stalk towards Wayne and me, growling.
I quickly put myself between him and the other two – mostly Wayne: he couldn’t hurt him if I was in the crossfire.
“Like hell!” Wayne exclaimed. “You think I’d leave you alone with a f*****g feral Alpha?”
“He won’t hurt me, I’m his mate” I insisted. “But he could very much hurt you – so leave! And go get Frances and the Alpha!”
