Five days had passed since Freddie woke up. He's still confined in the hospital but he's on his way to full recovery. Ever since Freddie woke up, Blake and I decided to take shifts in taking care of Freddie. Since I still have work to do, I get to take care of Freddie during the night. Blake takes the day shift since he requested remote working until Freddie fully recovers.
Today is my last day of work for the week, which means I can take care of Freddie for the next two days of my rest days. It's better to sacrifice my rest days in taking care of Freddie and spend time with him.
