When Ethen was done venting all his anger on Alan, he turned towards Alicia, but he was astonished not seeing her around.
“Where did she go?” he mumbled and wandered around.
Going a little further he saw her running in the distance. Running after her he called out, “hey, Alicia… wait.”
Hearing him she increased her pace but Ethen caught her up in no time.
“Woah! Woah! Wait a second. Why are you running?” he questioned blocking her way.
“I… I am sorry. I know I was not supposed to take your money. Please don’t kill me. I am working hard to pay back your money,” gripping the jacket tight Alicia said out in one breath.
“What?” Ethen was not able to understand her.
“Look, I know why you are here and I am heartily requesting, give me some time. I will certainly pay it,” Alicia requested
