I opened my eyes slowly. My neck is hurting, and it burns like a fire. What just happened? Am I dead? I try to sit up but can not, lying on green grass. I can hear water near me. I feel the presence near me that I have never felt before. What is going on? Where am I? Where is Marcus? Did he kill me by accident when he marked me? It is not supposed to happen. He is a Lycan. Did his bite kill me? If it did, am I in paradise with the Moon Goddess, and is it her presence I am feeling?
