“Will they be able to find us?” Amethyst asked as Icarus carried them towards a huge piece of land.
It’s been hours since they flew away from Mortana and up to now, they’re still flying. Icarus has been keenly observing everything below them and it’s all still in chaos. There are still tremors from time to time. So, he wouldn’t take the risk as of yet. But as time goes by, holding unto these two ladies were slowly tiring his arms and even his wings were already exhausted from flying for hours. He needed to immediately find a safe place where they can stay to rest even for a while.
“It was a total destruction.” Priya commented sadly as they continued to soar.
Remembering the sounds from when the palace in Mortana was destroyed behind them, Amethyst felt anxious as she turned to Icarus.
