Nyla
His face hovered just inches from mine, our breaths mingling in the quiet space between us. My heart was hammering so loudly I was sure he could hear it. Then, slowly, he closed the distance.
The moment his lips touched mine, a soft whimper escaped me. They were warm, gentle, and incredibly tender. For a few seconds, I melted into the feeling — the softness, the heat, the way his mouth moved so carefully against mine. But when he deepened the kiss, tilting his head slightly to taste me more fully, I froze. I didn’t know what to do. My lips stayed still and uncertain.
Ezekiel pulled back gently, his forehead resting against mine. I could feel his warm breath on my skin. He swallowed hard, his Adam’s apple bobbing visibly.
“Tell me,” he whispered, his voice low and husky, “what’s the problem?”
I bit my bottom lip, cheeks burning with embarrassment. I looked away, unable to hold his intense gaze. “I… I don’t know how to do it,” I whispered shyly.
“Do what?” His voice had gone deeper, smoother, like velvet brushing over my skin. He lifted a hand and gently caressed my cheek with the back of his fingers.
“I don’t know how to kiss,” I admitted, my voice barely audible. “Remember that day you kissed me? That… that was my very first kiss.”
His eyes widened slightly, surprise flickering across his handsome face. “Really?”
I nodded, too mortified to speak.
A soft, warm smile curved his lips. He ran the pad of his thumb slowly over my plump lower lip, his touch sending little sparks through me.
“Don’t worry,” he murmured. “I’ll teach you.”
He gently took my arm and guided me toward the bed. My legs felt weak as I sat down. He settled close beside me, so close that our thighs pressed together. The heat from his body made my pulse race even faster. Our hearts were both beating wildly. I could almost feel his matching mine.
“Gosh, this is so embarrassing,” I muttered, covering my face with both hands.
“What is?” he asked, amusement and affection lacing his tone.
“Me… learning how to kiss,” I groaned, still hiding.
He chuckled, the sound low and deep, vibrating through me. “Not at all. I just want you to follow my lead. When I start kissing you, just go along with it, okay? Relax… trust me.”
I nodded shyly and slowly lowered my hands. He leaned in again. I closed my eyes, nervous but wanting this. His lips met mine once more, softer this time, patient. He moved slowly, coaxing my lips apart with gentle pressure. I tried to follow, but I still felt stiff and unsure. After a few moments, he pulled back again.
“Gosh, I’m sorry,” I whispered, mortified.
“Why?” he asked, tilting his head, genuinely confused.
“That I’m a bad kisser,” I said, looking down at my lap.
Ezekiel smiled softly and lifted my chin with two fingers so I had to meet his eyes.
“No worries,” he said tenderly. “It’s my fault.”
“What?” I looked up at him, surprised.
“I’m actually the bad teacher,” he replied with a playful little grin, his thumb still stroking my jaw. “We’ll just have to practice more… until you feel comfortable.”
My face burned hotter, but something warm and fluttery bloomed in my chest. The way he looked at me — patient, gentle, full of desire but holding back — made me feel safe.
He leaned in once more, brushing his nose against mine.
“Ready to try again?” he whispered, his breath warm against my lips.
I gave a tiny nod, my heart fluttering wildly in my chest. Ezekiel smiled softly, that patient, reassuring smile that made my stomach flip. He cupped my face with both hands, his thumbs gently stroking my cheeks as if I were something delicate.
This time, when he kissed me, it was slower and softer. His lips brushed mine once, twice, teasingly, before settling fully. I tried to follow his lead like he said, moving my mouth timidly against his. He hummed in approval, the low sound vibrating through me and sending a shiver down my spine.
“That’s it,” he murmured against my lips between gentle kisses. “Just like that… relax, baby.”
The pet name made my cheeks burn even hotter. I whimpered softly as he tilted his head and deepened the kiss a little more, his lips parting mine. I felt the warm, wet slide of his tongue gently tracing my lower lip, asking for entrance. My breath hitched. I hesitated for a second before shyly parting my lips, letting him in.
The moment his tongue touched mine, a rush of heat flooded through my body. It felt strange… but good. Really good. He explored my mouth with slow, sensual strokes, coaxing me to respond. I tried to mirror him, tentative at first, then a little braver. He groaned quietly — a deep, masculine sound that made something low in my belly tighten.
We kissed like that for what felt like forever, slow and deep and unhurried. His hands slid from my face down to my waist, pulling me closer until I was nearly in his lap. I could feel the heat of his body and the steady thump of his heart against mine. Every brush of his tongue, every soft nip of his teeth on my lower lip, made my head spin.
When we finally broke apart, both of us breathing heavily, he rested his forehead against mine. His eyes were dark, pupils blown wide with desire, but he was still so gentle.
“You’re doing so well,” he whispered, his voice husky. “So perfect.”
I buried my face in his neck, embarrassed but glowing. “I still feel like I’m bad at it…”
“You’re not,” he said, pressing a soft kiss to my temple. “You’re sweet. And responsive. And driving me crazy in the best way.” His fingers traced slow circles on my lower back, sending tingles across my skin. “We have all the time in the world. I love teaching you.”
I shivered at his words. The way he spoke — low, warm, and full of want — made me feel desired in a way I’d never experienced before. I could feel the hardness of his body against mine, the way his breathing had grown a little ragged, but he never pushed. He just held me, kissing the side of my neck softly, patiently waiting for me to feel ready for more.
“Again?” he asked, lips brushing my ear.
I nodded, heart racing, and lifted my face to his.
This time, when he kissed me, I didn’t hesitate as much. I kissed him back.
