“What is it you have to offer me?” I asked Eric curiously.
He reached into his inside pocket, pulling out an envelope, placing it on the desk. “Nobody knows about this, it took me a long time to get all this information. Victor would have my head instantly if he knew about this. But, this contains your family tree, your real family tree. My father left hints about your bloodline. Nobody was ever supposed to find this out.”
I picked up the envelope, taking out the pieces of paper inside, spacing them out in front of me so I could see it all. Reading through it all I could see were different names popping out at me, “I don't understand, I've never heard of half of these people”, I said confused as I scrolled down each page. Ryder got up and stood behind me to get a clearer view also.
