An hour passes. We drink coffee and tea, and my brother even eats a bit of fruit. I check my watch. Yes, it’s been an hour. I don’t have the courage to even look at her. I turn my head and I get the feeling everyone is watching me. I don’t give a s**t! I have to look at her! I’m shocked when she looks right into my eyes. She doesn’t move at all. Doesn’t smile, doesn’t write, perhaps she doesn’t even breathe. My heart skips a beat. Hakim has noticed us already. She blushes slightly.
