“ARE you here yet?”

A smile formed on Monette’s lips as she said that. She is holding the phone in hand while the other is gesturing at the Indigo to drive faster.
She got a linked from one of the warriors she placed on jane’s security detail that Joshua Peterson was in the diner. He came alone.
“I have your favorite pies ready. Should I prepare the coffee as well?”
“Yes, please. What is today's special, Love?”
“I don’t know. Jane with a side of you, maybe.”
“I like that.” She glanced at the window. “I’m here. Stay where you are, Love.”
“Alright.”
She ended the call. Monette immediately get out of the car when they reached the establishment.
She smiled at Basil upon entering the diner.
“Good morning, Monette. She’s in the kitchen.”
