Samael shifted into his midnight wolf and carried her on his back, looking for a water body, no matter how small or scant. He scanned the perimeter again rampantly but couldn't find anything. It was as if heaven was plotting against him. Fate was never on his side. He could feel the fire dagger defiling him. It was reaching out to someone.
