                  A few weeks later                                                 Mara's p.o.v "How do I look?" I asked my mother in a whisper. "Just fine honey." She answered as I frowned then looked at myself in the bathroom mirror. My graduation garment looked wonderful but my hat was a little crooked. "Move it slightly to your left." Mother whispered. "You do it." I answered then turned and faced her with a long sigh. "Why the sigh?" She asked softly. "Peter and I sat further apart from each other and father wasn't around." I said as tears swelled in my eyes. "Honey Rex told you last week that he wasn't going to make it. Remember he has a ceremony going on." She answered softly then pressed her hand on my cheek. "Your friends and family are right next to you. So cheer up.
